Oh it's just how I write dates that may be weird. It's like the ISO 8601 format, but i don't write all four numbers for the year and now I'm thinking that perhaps I ought to. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
"23.04.03" just refers to April 3rd 2023. Year, month and day.

In some (more recent) titles the date seems to be off by 20(years). for example: 100R - insulation/ where the link says: "23.04.03" (link vs title) 100R - home/ in the section "April 2023": "https://100r.co/site/thruhulls.html#apr2023" 100R - about us/ in the section "Main work stations" - "23.03.03 Currently awaiting a keyboard replacement."
