With many apps (such as Atom, Sublime, etc) that have menu bars like Left does, there is an option to hide the menu bar. While hidden, it may be toggled using the alt key. This is nice because the menu bar does not visually fit the rest of the app and can be distracting, especially in fullscreen while using a dark theme.
