Functionality

Applicable to only newly created user or registered users NOT configured bankAccount.
User behavior:
- After logging into application, the Onboarding process is triggered

Submit valid Bank Name, Routing Number, Account Number => the Onboarding process is finished.

-> Validation rules:
- Bank Name: Must contain at least 5 characters
- Routing Number (is a sequence of nine digits used by banks to identify specific financial institutions within the United States)
- Account Number: Must contain at least 9 digits
