Filelists and other files with unknown size before request doesn't trigger SegmentStarted event. #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
* Downloading filelists
* Downloading files where size is unknown before request.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* DownloadItem.SegmentStarted event is trigged when download of
file/segment starts.

What version of the product are you using? ~~(Do not write latest)~~
FlowLib 20080628

A fix has been committed in SVN.
Can you download it and comment if it now works as it should?

Yes. It now triggers as expected. Thanks a lot! But now all data from hub 
coming 
with wrong codepage (users display names, mainchat messages etc) in third 
version 
all works normally. I think this not caused by this fix. Recently i have 
downloaded 
svn version flowlib for xmpl and found this issue too.

About your other problem with codepage, can you please submit a seperate issue 
about
this.
