Can not get User from hub if it in format hubName+HubPort+nick (NMDC) #24

Function hub.GetUserById not returns user by StoreID.

UserID field in SearchResultInfo class does not allows to get User object 
to start downloading from that user.

What i can see the SearchResultInfo has the UserID and not the StoreId.
