Negative port in nmdc hub #3

System.Net.IPEndPoint(ip, port);

crashes on negative port

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Happend twice while being connected to our Aquila testhub, both times from
exPERten as sender ip.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No crash :P

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN 111
