Please describe the issue:
I was playing with this code to do a presentation at a Drupal Camp.  Came up 
with:
  http://openconcept.ca/blog/mgifford/preparing_a_drupal_presentation_with_html5_css3

I added a few things, which could become features

Please provide any additional information below.

- better background image support
- better accessibility support for screen readers
- better markup for different types of text areas
- adding top, middle, bottom sections for displaying the content.

I kept most of what I could the same.  

Would be interested in any feedback on how to improve this.
