Grid: loadonce="true" causes inappropriate behavior on delete row #920

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Modify the multi-grid.jsp to be loadOnce="true"
2. Select a couple of rows, and click Delete
3. Dialog is never cleared.

I would expect the dialog to get cleared out.

Which struts2 version? 3.3.0

Which struts2-jquery plugin version?

Please provide any additional information below.
