Match Live Preview to Preview mode #22

This will be very difficult. But I can understand plenty of people will want it, so noting this here for people to track.

Been making some progress here and am finding myself enjoying Live Preview more. Hope to polish this off for a big release.

An update rolled out today that changed the way lists render in live preview mode. Collapsible lists seem worse now.

It seems after clicking the list in question, the arrow jumps into the correct location. Nonethless I'll be avoiding styling the collapse arrow until things seem more stable.
