Make this style work with the outliner plugin. #7

The outliner plugin lets you apply a different style to item lists. The changes work for the most part with this theme, but the vertical lines are misaligned.

To reproduce:

Add this theme and the outliner plugin.
Turn on the option "Improve the style of your lists" in the plugin settings.
Create a highly nested item list.

Hi @martinmr ! Can I ask, what version of Obsidian are you using? I'm not too familiar with the plugin but it seems broken to me even with the default theme on Obsidian 0.13.4

weird. I am on 0.12.19, which I guess it's the latest non-insider build. Maybe a recent change broke it even in the default theme.
