Change review command accepted when no review was present in the film #5

At first, the film "flashhhh" has no review. Should the "change review" command invalid because there was nothing to change?

Thank you for pointing this out but as it does not affect the User experience nor does it cause the system to crash whatsoever, I think this bug is of very low severity as it is just a minor exception handle. The command still carries out its intended purpose

Reason for disagreement: It would be impossible to change whatever doesn't exist. Although the command carries out its intended purpose, it may affect some critical users. The program should have a message to inform the user about the issue.

However, I would change the severity to low because it’s a rare situations and doesn’t greatly affect normal usage.
