WYSIWYG Toolbar not Default Wordpress Toolbar #190

Hello,

I was just going to edit a page and I noticed that the default Wordpress toolbar has been disabled on it and replaced by a more minimal version with less features.

Is this something enforced by Magic Fields or do I have another add-on that might be enabling this?
