Add miscellaneous features requested by @KR155E

[🎨Component] Add features as well as fix bugs
- (Feature) I have changed the isGridVisible boolean according to current zoom value. Now if a user zooms out too much, the grids will automatically become invisible
- (Bug) Selection tool did not work when there were multiple layers because there was not layer Id set. This was fixed
- (Feature) Now users can customize the extension behavior in the canvas. I have added a resizeUnit prop to Dotting component. For instance, if a user sets the resizeUnit to 4, the grid canvas will by shortened or extended by 4.
- (Bug): isDrawingEnabled did not work as expected, thus I added logic for managing isDrawingEnabled
- (Feature): BrushTool.NONE can be used for panning purposes. Also mouse middle button is used for panning
[📒Docs] Create a table in Readme.md
- Previously, the Readme.md not user-friendly in that there were no explanations on the props used in Dotting. Thus I commenced to create a table in Readme.md to explain the props users can use in Dotting
