[🎨Component] Add NONE to BrushTool
- I added a NONE to BrushTool since this will be needed when we want users to customize the brush. When users use their custom brush, they would have to make the brush tool NONE and use colorPixels to modify the colors in the pixels.
[📒Docs] Update the brushtool table in useBrush.stories.tsx
- The brushtool was not updated so I updated it.

@Lee-Si-Yoon Yes I believe that would be a good idea. However, I am getting the feeling that we should allow users to add custom brushes to our brush tool. In the last meeting with "글자랑", I learned that many people would want their own custom brushes in the editor. We might need to change the structure of brush tool later on.
