Keeping uppercase #260

It appears the keepcase option does not restrict word recognition to uppercase when using compounding.

Words like AA should not be suggested (when in dictionary as AA) or accepted as aa in compounds like AA-convention.

(The Dash is required in Dutch compounds like these).

Could keepcase be changed to perform this additional behaviour?

Could you send a test file? When AA in the dictionary as AA, "aa" is not suggested. Thank in advance. Laci
