Ranking: Current state? #80

What is the current state of the ranking module?

There is a test case failing, but i'm not sure if the test should be adjusted or if the ranking is not working correctly.

Is the ranking still a work in progress?

Yes, development is rather complete. Doc as well as word scoring is running locally, but needs some testing. There was no upload to github the last week, for not breaking running code, and not hindering other testing and debugging.

Some cleanup and and a merge from github must be done before an upload.

works as expected now
