fix: `closeOnOutsideClick` & `onOutsideClick` behavior #27

  1. Modified the onOutsideClick func to cater for closeOnOutsideClick since it isn't passed down to the dialog
  2. Added logic in onOutsideClick tp cater for e.preventDefault() missing logic
