Currently the netbox charm creates a database when related to the postgresql charm based on the name netbox which is hardcoded.

Need to test and document redeploys of netbox and deploying multiple netbox charms on the same postgresql deployment.

The charm mentions it is best to create roles and grant permissions to roles and how recovering into juju env with same or different names
