Update amqplib to v0.4.1 #46

As Cloud foundry (Bluemix) uses now a Node 5.2.0, we cannot use jackrabbit ->amqp 0.4.0->node <5

Any updates? Now there are already 0.4.2

There's a fork that has the update: https://github.com/pagerinc/jackrabbit wish they would enable issues on it!
