Suggestion box not visible and tomcat crashing

1. When my text contains dash for eg(fault-tolerant, fault:tolerant  or
that's) in description it gives me an error ONLY alphabets are allowed.

2. There is no suggestion box or listbox visible for adding features under
project and requirements under feature. 

3. Tomcat crashes when I add 7 to 8 new features or requirements. The
connections are not getting closed as we add data, and hence tomcat crashes.
