Creation of new projects not working #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to engile
2. Click on Add Project
3. Enter the fields properly and click on save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The project should be successfully saved and the new project should be 
displayed on top of the project list.

We need to have a progress indicator and action success indicator when the user 
creates / saves a new project. 

On completion of the save the newly created project should be displayed to the 
user in 
view mode. The user should have the option to visit manage users for the 
project or go 
back to all projects list.
