Build entity should not be associated with iterations #16

Build entity should not be associated with iterations. Currently there is an 
one to many relationship between them. 

Also while displaying a build entity the url should be hyperlinked and a new 
window should open the url on clicking this hyperlink. 

Build time needs a widget to select build time.

There is no time field seen on the form for build entity.
