What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. While viewing a feature click on More actions
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Add option should be visible only for child items and not parent items.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
While working with an entity the user should be able to add a child but not 
a parent entity

More actions shouldn't be displayed when there are no more actions for an entity

The More Actions now does not show the add opertion for parent entity. It allows
addition of a child entity if present.
