What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Under Home module open Dashboard view go to plan for project.
2.Under more actions on project for add release.
3.Once you are done with adding the release you will need to see that it is not
reflected in the breadcrumbs to do so you need to refresh.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On adding a new release or sprint it should be reflected immediately in the
breadcrumbs without refresh.
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
