Parent suggestion box in edit mode for child entity should always expand when in focus

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on edit for a requirement
2. Select Features field
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Suggestion box should pop with all relevant features for current project 
even without entering any text. by default all features should be shown. On 
entering a key filtering by the key entered should take place

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

1. Also background of the suggestions is transparent right now. Needs a 
background for visibility

2. First item in the suggested list should be instruction "Please select a 
(parent) (replace with parent type name)"
