Grid filtering ui needs to be changed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any grid
2. Click on any plain text field column and click filter 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We should implement it in this way as described below. A pop up is 
displayed to enter text. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
There should be column equal size popup right below the title text where 
the user can enter search string press enter. 

Alternative - The user can double click on the title and the title label 
should transform in to a editable widget with title name fixed on the left 
side with a colon (:) added next to it with Enter search text specified in 
grey next to it. User can click on the field and the help text should be 
removed . If user clicks outside and on loss of focus the title should be 
restored to original condition.

Other Grid enhancements - Clicking on the empty space in a row should expand 
the row 
i.e. same action as expand arrow button on the right.
