What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In view mode of an entity enabled for tagging click on the cross button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the tag should be removed from the entity from db as well. It removes on
the UI.
Also there are some issues in the way the tags are displayed during adding.
If the user begins adding tags after the view limit is reached older tags
should be moved to ellipsis view. Right now it doesn't.
