Description of the new feature:
Show week numbers in month view

Use Case:
I don't know about other countries, but in Sweden week numbers are crucial 
for using a calendar.

Attached you can find a patch for this feature. The patch includes:
- New Calendar Setting to indicate if we want to show week numbers
- Week Number in the Day View
- Week Number in the Month View
