Calendar starting sunday? #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Lauch any gwt-cal using a standard .properties file and go in month view.
You can see for exemple : http://google.latest.gwt-web-calendar.appspot.com/ .

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't know if it is usual, but I found strange to have the calendar starting 
a sunday. The peoples who works with me expect it to start a monday.

I don't know how it is in others countries but I would enjoy this change at 
least in the french .properties file.

If you look at the screenshots of Google Calendar, the starting day of week 
depends on the language you choose. If you choose English or French, it starts 
with Sunday. Here is an example of the calendar in English, and attached is a 
screenshot is the Calendar in French.

If you change the language to a Scandinavian language, it starts with Monday.

Since we benchmark Google Calendar, i'd prefer to leave the French calendar 
starting with Sunday. You can override the default "starts with day" through 
the CalendarFormat class. See: http://code.google.com/p/gwt-cal/wiki/i18n

In theory it should be customizable, let me know how it works
