Update Datto RMM deployment script #72

This PR merges the latest version of the PowerShell deployment script into the Datto RMM deployment script, re-introduces the reregisterAgent and reinstallAgent environment variables, adds environment variables for repairAgent and uninstallAgent, adds an environment variable for HUNTRESS_TAGS, and updates the component script package.
