Remove Cpp11 dependent libs. #43

The goal:

~~AST --> C++ code gen --> a header file + an implementation file.~~
remove dependencies of ~~flex generated scanner~~ and boost/xpressive.
generated a CMake project.

Generated entities(source code, library, and so on) should be independent to the project. Nonetheless, keeping the CMake function for C++ project still make sense.

Plan:

implement a cmake project template.
~~use __FILE__ to locate the template.~~(just a filename, not a path. currently just use relative path)
use system('mkdir brbrb') to generate cmake project.
