Source for binary parts not available #207

Hi,

in order to figure out why I would need KDE to switch my proxy settings, I 
wanted to investigate the switchy source as provided under the "Source" link, 
but it seems that all the actual switching takes place in the binary part of 
the plugin, so I couldn't really find out. Is this intentional?
