the extension has not migrated to Manifest version 2 #494

the extension has not migrated to  Manifest version 2, and the recent chrome 
browser does not support Manifest version 1 any more.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. extract the .crx file
2. manually install the extension

What do you see instead?
