ffmpeg library closes file before buffer is flushed #270

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Record video
2.FFMPEG buffers frames before writing to disk
3.Close writer - the buffered frames are discarded without being written

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
longer videos... shorter videos.

What version of the product are you using?
2.2.3
