使用训练好的模型进行测试，测试横向文字检测效果不是很好 #77

为什么检测横向文字的时候，效果并没有CTPN好呢？是因为训练样本不够还是EAST在横向文本检测中的效果没有CTPN好呢？

如果场景文本的话，east还行，如果是纯文本的话，扫描pdf之类的还是ctpn好一些，ctpn的策略更合理一些。
