User with Editor role to a catalog cannot run Profiling for the data asset in the catalog

Steps to reproduce:

1) Log on as admin (password: admin), go to project hupeng_project 2) Add connection ms_sql_server to the project 3) Add "Customers" table from connection ms_sql_server to the project 4) Publish "Customers" table to catalog "Platform assets catalog"

5) Log on as admin (password: admin), go to "Platform assets catalog" 6) Select "Customers" asset 7) Click "Profile" tab 8) Click "Create profile" button 9) You will get an error, saying "Not authorized"

This problem can be reproduced in WKC 4.5.3 and 4.6, but cannot reproduce in WKC 4.0.9
