I noticed I can only access the first page of your proposal. Could you please adjust the settings to allow access to the entire document?

From what I've seen on your current page one, it seems more like an abstract than a comprehensive proposal. Perhaps you could consider providing more background information as an introduction to your project. Also, emphasizing the significance and uniqueness of your work would greatly enhance the proposal.
