Issues with `react-text-selection-handler` #6067

There are issues that currently affect our use of react-text-selection-handler.

https://github.com/huridocs/react-text-selection-handler/issues/9 is causing type problems in the new pdf viewer for V2. #6707

https://github.com/huridocs/react-text-selection-handler/issues/7 & https://github.com/huridocs/react-text-selection-handler/issues/8 would be nice to have.
