Popup menu for selecting/deselecting map layers is not displayed properly #6758

Describe the bug The popup menu for selecting/deselecting map layers in the Map section of Settings > Collection is displayed "under" the map. As a result, not all available options are visible.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Settings > Collection
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  3. Click the + button of the Map Layers
  4. The popup menu is displayed but not all options are visible.

Expected behavior All options of the popup menu must be visible so that a user can select/deselect them.
