[IX] Suggested date changes to current date when the component is collapsed and then expanded again #6816

When opening the PDF viewer side panel to review suggestions for a date property, the suggestion is correctly displayed. Collapsing the component and expanding it again has as a result that the suggested date changes to the current date.
