Map settings - Can not type Latitude and Longitude #6837

The Map settting in the '/settings/collection' screen does not allow to enter geographical coordinates.

User is allowed to select a point in the map whit no problems, but typing exact Latitude+Longitude is not posible.

The Medium priority reflects the fact that clicking works, so you can bypass the problem fairly easily. But these type of errors should not escape our testing processes.
