This issue will arrange the MT pieces, and manually test it using the dummy service.

[x] add the AT handler to the worker process
[x] we need to start entiticreationListener somehow
[x] we need to use the proper redis queue name
[x] configure locally a tenant using the generateATConfig use case
[x] make sure that the three targeted entity creation flows work: API/UI manual creation, csv import, submission form

Note that this issue can be longer than expected, if a lot or errors and discrepancies are found.
