Browser stored credentials interfere with user creation #7429

Tested in FF Linux.

On an instance for which you have credentials stored, when adding a new user from settings > users, the new user form gets pre-filled with you current username and password instead of getting a blank form.

Prevent auto-fill for this specific use-case.
