@bsevansunc The current README.md has useful info but is probably better renamed as something else (instructions.md, or something more descriptive). The README.md is the project home page and will eventually have text that is a basic description of the project, its goals, approaches, etc. That page can then link to the instructions page.

Low priority, but eventually.
