Field name for data with sites only designated by latlongs #28

In the data_source_table.csv, this is called "LatLon_FLAG" and takes a 1 or 0, but in the new data_formatting_table.csv it is called "LatLong_sites" and takes Y or N.

I think the most consistent and interpretable solution is to use the former field name and the Y/N values for both.
