Also includes a couple of minor repository cleanup commits.

Here's the first full draft of the BBC text-mining work. I've pushed three tables of data to the data repository. If someone could take a look through those tables and see if there are consistent errors that need to be handled or important pieces of data that aren't being captured and report back that would be great.
