Add more BBC data #69

I thought we had an issue for this, but I can't seem to find it. The next step is to start introducing 2 column data. There are some example pdfs in the data repo and the newer data, e.g.: http://www.birdpop.org/docs/journals/Volume-10/BPJ10-13_Lowe_Census_2007.pdf

is also in this format.

Since the BBC work has stalled I'm going to go ahead and close this for now. If we get back to the point of wanting it again let me know and I'll pick this back up.
