No. I'll do it, but am waiting for github to give us enhanced status and the capability to create private folders.
@ethanwhite Can we just create a public data repository for now, and then change it's status to private later on, or should we wait?

Good idea! That will be totally fine.
Created a core-transient-datasets repository which is currently public.
I'll close the issue once we are able to successfully upgrade to a private repo.
Who is assigned to this issue? Me? Just want to make sure I'm not overlooking a task.
