redo cleaning script for d200 #82

@ssnell6 Looks like the first time this was done, the top info for what dataset is being processed (i.e. datasetID) was not changed from the example in the template, and so this script currently cleans up dataset 282, not 200.

There shouldn't be a d200 - it is flagged as a 5 in the DFT. I will delete the script bc it is just the template script
