We need to fill in a value for all of the records where Observation_Year_End is currently NA.
Even if a study does not explicitly state the years over which diet data were collected, it can obviously be no later than the year of publication.
So for these studies, look them up, check whether years are mentioned, and if not, fill in with the publication year.
(It's ok to leave Observation_Year_Begin blank/NA)
